December is supposed to feel magical. Instead, it often feels like too much—too many expectations, too little time, and a nervous system that's been running on empty since October. You're not imagining it. One recent survey found that 62% of people report elevated stress during the holidays, thanks to packed schedules, financial pressure, family dynamics and the expectation to ā€œbe festive.ā€ What most people miss is how this stress activates the nervous system’s threat response — leaving you wired, tired, scattered and unable to just be in your business or life the way you want.

That’s where the Calm Season Project comes in. Over seven weeks you’ll receive short emails, gentle prompts and online community support designed to gently reset your nervous system rather than add to the load. Together we’ll create space so you can move through this season from a place of clarity instead of chaos — setting you up for the new year with less burnout and more ease.

  • Tiny reflections that help your body exhale, release tension, and move out of overwhelm.

  • A calming space (not a noisy Facebook group) where you can connect, reflect, and feel less alone in the holiday swirl.

  • A free group Neuro-Reset session designed to help you let go of the emotional weight the season tends to pile on — so you end the year feeling lighter.

    You get to experience Brainspotting in a group for FREE.

  • All prompts, practices, and the Reset replay stored inside the Calm Season hub for easy access whenever you need a moment of grounding.

  • It’s a 7-week, gentle email series and community space designed to help you move through the holiday season with less overwhelm and more clarity. Each week you’ll receive short, grounding prompts you can use in just a few minutes — no pressure, no long videos, no homework.

  • You’re welcome anytime. The support is designed to meet you right where you are.
    You’ll get the upcoming emails automatically, and you’ll have access to the Calm Season hub where all past prompts and replays are stored.

  • No. This is a coaching-based support series designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself during a busy season. It complements therapy beautifully, but it’s not a replacement for mental health care.

  • It’s an optional, free group session where we use a Brainspotting-informed process to help your nervous system release some of the stress and emotional weight the holidays tend to pile on. Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

  • Just a few minutes. The goal is to support you, not add to your to-do list.
    Each email includes a small prompt or practice you can use right away — no long lessons, no complicated steps, no expectations.

  • Not at all. You can engage as much or as little as you’d like. Some people love connecting; others prefer to read quietly and take what they need. However you show up is perfect.
