🌿 MBSA in Water: Private Healing Sessions with Melanie King

Through intuitive touch and therapeutic bodywork, emotional tensions, energetic imprints, and physical stress patterns are gently unwound, allowing deep layers of trauma to be released without force or retraumatization.
Supported by the element of water, you’ll be held, nurtured, and guided into a state of profound rest, nervous system renewal, and emotional freedom.
It’s not just relaxation — it’s a reawakening to the version of you that feels light, open, and deeply alive.

🌿 Private Brainspotting Sessions with Jennie Hays

Rather than talking your way through stuckness, Brainspotting taps into your body's natural healing instincts, using eye position and focused presence to unlock what’s been stored beneath the surface.
There’s no forcing, no reliving old pain — only a quiet unfolding, allowing clarity, calm, and deep emotional freedom to rise.
It’s a space where healing can happen without words — and where the parts of you that have been holding on too tightly can finally let go.

🌿 Group Neuro-Art Session (Friday Evening)

Through intuitive drawing techniques, you’ll be guided to gently transform stress, tension, and hidden patterns into flowing lines and colors — literally creating new neural pathways for peace, joy, and freedom.
No artistic skill is needed — just a willingness to let your hands move and your inner wisdom lead.
This process isn’t about making art — it’s about moving what’s stuck, releasing what’s heavy, and allowing yourself to reconnect with your innate creativity and emotional resilience.

🌿 Somatic Storytelling Circle (Saturday Evening)

Using guided prompts and gentle body awareness, you’ll explore the stories you’ve been carrying — the ones written by old wounds, heavy expectations, or outdated identities — and offer them space to shift, soften, and transform.
This isn’t about performing, explaining, or getting it “right.”
It’s about letting your body speak the truths your mind has been too busy to hear — and rewriting the narrative with compassion, power, and deep belonging.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more whole, and more rooted in your own story — the one where you are free to be fully yourself.

🌿 Shared Meals + Slow Living

Nourish yourself with hearty brunches, light lunches, fresh morning fruits, satisfying dinners, and snacks always available.
Coffee, tea, juice, and water flow freely. (BYOB welcome.) Dietary needs honored if shared before June 18th.

🌿 Reflection & Rest

Float in the river*, journal on the patio, nap under the trees, read a book, listen to music.
You’ll have plenty of free time to restore in the ways your body needs most.

You'll bring a small personal item — something meaningful to you — and during the ceremony, we’ll create space to anchor the healing, clarity, and shifts you've experienced throughout the retreat.

Friday & Saturday

  • 6:30–8:00 AM: Morning Coffee, Fruit, and Sunrise (optional)

  • 8:00–9:00 AM: Gentle Movement

  • 9:00–10:00 AM: Nourishing Breakfast

  • 10:00 AM–12:00 PM: Individual Healing Sessions (Brainspotting and MBSA) Free time for those not in session

  • 12:00–1:00 PM: Light Lunch

  • 1:00–3:00 PM: Individual Healing Sessions (Brainspotting and MBSA) Free time for those not in session

  • 3:00–6:00 PM: Free Time — Float, Rest, Reflect, Connect

  • 6:00–7:00 PM: Dinner

  • 7:30–9:00 PM: Evening Group Activity (Neuro-Art or Storytelling)

Light closing session, shared breakfast, and reflections.
