ENTV: When the Mountains Are Your Backdrop—and the Wi-Fi Drops Out Mid-Interview
I recently had the joy of being interviewed by Lorna Gale from BUMP ENTV (yep, all caps—stands for Bold Unlimited Magnetic Possibilities, and she lives it). The conversation itself was a ride… almost literally. Lorna was driving in the mountains during our chat, and the energy of the scenery was wild, inspiring, grounding, and, well, also responsible for a few unexpected “technical plot twists.”
Let me set the stage:
We were scheduled to start at 2:30 PM Eastern. I’m Central. I’m sitting there at 1:15 PM thinking, “I’ve got plenty of time.” And then it hit me. Eastern! Cue the frantic log-in and a very gracious Lorna greeting me like we were old friends. She’s good people—warm, generous, and full of heart.
And she asks the kind of questions that make you feel seen.
Not the usual surface stuff, but real, reflective questions that made me pause and dig deeper. Like:
“Where in your childhood do you think your passion for this work began?”
No one’s ever asked me that before.
We ended up talking about my mom, the path that led me here, and the part of me that’s always known I was meant to help people unstick themselves—from pain, from patterns, from pressure.
Of course, we touched on Brainspotting…the incredible method I use to help people finally break through emotional blocks, especially when mindset work hasn’t worked. But it wasn’t a salesy conversation. It was real. Raw. Refreshing.
And then…the Internet dropped.
There I was, mid-sentence, talking to the air. So, I kept going like a true professional (read: hopeful rambler), until I finally reached out and found out her connection had dipped with the mountain signal. The good news? It wasn’t live. So she’ll be editing it to make it all beautiful and seamless. (I dare you to watch and see if you can catch the glitch. Let me know if you spot it—bonus points for humor.)
Here’s how you can watch the full interview:
Here is the link to the video. It’s hosted inside the BUMP Facebook group. You’ll need to join the group, but you can always leave afterward (though I’d suggest sticking around if you’re an entrepreneur—Lorna hosts these to uplift and connect people, and the group is full of potential collaborators, clients, and just plain good humans).
Want to experience Brainspotting for yourself?
We briefly mentioned my free group sessions during the interview. If something in our conversation sparks curiosity, or if you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally blocked, this is your sign.

I walked away from this interview with more than a great conversation. I walked away with a deeper connection to my why—and to the little version of me who knew all along that helping people find clarity and freedom would be my path.
Thank you, Lorna, for asking the questions no one else does, and for making me feel like I was sitting on a mountaintop with a friend.
