Questions people ask
before they actually start.

Most of these questions are really one question: is this the thing that will finally work? That's a fair thing to want to know. Here's what you need to.

Why Can't I Just Do It?

These questions show up most often from entrepreneurs who are experienced and tired of forcing themselves through the same loop. If you recognize yourself here, you're not behind. You're at the right starting point.

Why can't I follow through even when I know exactly what to do?

You're not missing strategy. You're hitting an execution block. A pattern that activates specifically at the threshold where growth would happen. It shows up as hesitation, avoidance, or a freeze at the moment of action. This isn't an intellect or willpower failure. It's a behavioral pattern running at a specific location. When that pattern is interrupted, follow-through becomes natural, not forced.

Why do I stall on my own business but never on client work?

Because your clients don't trigger the block. The freeze response activates at thresholds involving identity exposure, evaluation, and personal stakes. Not at competence. You execute brilliantly when the work belongs to someone else. When your name is on it, the visibility is real, and the stakes are yours, a different pattern kicks in. That distinction is everything. It means this isn't about who you are. It's about a pattern that's running exactly where your growth would happen.

Why do I still feel stuck after trying strategy courses, coaching, and mindset work?

Because most of those approaches work at the level of information or conscious thought. They can improve awareness. They don't change what happens in your nervous system when it's time to act. Your stall persists because the execution barrier isn't in your strategy. It's in the moment between knowing and doing. That moment has a specific location. When that pattern is addressed directly, strategy finally turns into results.

You don't procrastinate everywhere. You procrastinate on the moves that matter. That distinction is everything.

Why can't I raise my prices without second-guessing myself?

Pricing isn't just a number. It's a self-valuation action. When past experience has trained you to avoid discomfort, raising prices triggers a protective response. Even when you intellectually know you should. That's why people can know they're undercharging and still freeze. Changing how that pattern operates makes pricing a clear, confident decision instead of a recurring negotiation with yourself.

Why does motivation disappear the moment it's time to actually act?

Motivation isn't the root problem. It's a symptom. You can feel motivated in the abstract, but when it's actually time to act, a deeper hesitation pattern overrides it. What feels like lack of desire or discipline is often a protection response canceling your momentum right before execution. When the pattern that intercepts motivation at the moment of action is addressed, motivation stops fighting you and starts showing up in service of action.

When will I know enough to get clients? Do I need one more certification first?

Collecting one more certification is one of the most common forms of productive avoidance. Learning feels like progress, and it is safer than showing up and making the offer. Most people who ask this question already know enough. What's actually blocking them isn't knowledge deficit. It's hesitation and execution patterns that activate when they try to implement what they already know. You don't need more credentials to start. You need the interference removed so you can actually use what you have.

Why can't I just push through and force it?

Pushing through works in short bursts. It doesn't fix the pattern. When you force your way forward repeatedly against an execution block, the cycle is usually temporary success followed by retreat. Often the retreat goes deeper than where you started. Breaking the cycle requires pattern interruption, not more effort. More effort directed at the wrong level just confirms the belief that something is wrong with you. It isn't. The pattern is in the wrong place.

Getting Started

What Working Together
Actually Looks Like

Who does Jennie work with?

Established coaches and entrepreneurs who know what to do and aren't doing it. Not beginners, not people just looking for strategy. People who already have strategy, have often invested in programs, and are producing real results for their clients. But stalling on their own growth. The block isn't everywhere. It's specific: visibility, pricing, launches, the offer that's been 80% built for months. That precision is what makes this work.

How is this different from other programs I've tried?

Most programs add strategy. This removes what's stopping you from using the strategy you already have. Traditional coaching works at the level of information and accountability. Traditional mindset work operates at the level of conscious thought: affirmations, reframes, journaling. Both can help with awareness. Neither reliably changes what happens when it's time to act.

The work here starts at the execution barrier itself. We locate exactly where the block lives, go after the root pattern driving it, and then align your existing strategy to how you're actually wired to execute. Most clients don't need me long. The goal is never dependence. It’s execution. When the block clears, results follow fast.

How soon can I expect change?

Clients often notice greater clarity immediately after the first session. Sustained action typically builds within the first few weeks. Long-term consistency and income stabilization develop over the course of the full program. The key predictor of rapid change isn't anything complicated. It's willingness to engage honestly about where you're stuck. Not readiness to have everything figured out.

I don't have time for this right now. Should I wait?

If you're too overwhelmed or frozen to work on your business, that's the problem. Not a reason to wait. This work gives you back your execution capacity so you use your time better, not more. The cost of waiting isn't abstract. Every month the pattern runs is another month of delayed income, a rate increase that hasn't happened, an offer that hasn't launched. The block has a dollar value. Most people are surprised by the number when they actually calculate it.

Do I need to be "ready" before booking a call?

No. Readiness isn't having everything figured out. It's being willing to stop circling the same pattern. The clarity call is where we determine together whether this work will move you forward. You don't have to prove anything. You just have to show up honestly about where you're stuck. I'm also selective about who I work with. If I don't believe this will produce results for you, I won't make the offer. The call is a real diagnostic conversation, not a sales pitch.

I have a quick question before booking. How do I reach you?

Use the contact form. I respond within two working days. Or skip the back-and-forth and book the free clarity call directly. That's usually faster.

Is this like therapy?

No. The focus here is practical: action, decision clarity, and real-world business outcomes. Not clinical treatment. While nervous-system understanding informs the work, I'm a business execution practitioner and coach. Not a therapist. The standard for success is whether you're executing differently. That's the only metric that matters.

Brainspotting

About Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a primary modality used in this work. It's brain-based, fast, and doesn't require you to talk through painful memories or understand exactly why you're stuck. It works at the level where execution blocks actually live. Below conscious thought, at the root of the pattern.. That's why it produces results when surface-level approaches haven't.

What does Brainspotting actually do?

It accesses and releases the deep patterns that keep you stuck: the freeze response, self-doubt, the hesitation that fires at growth thresholds. It bypasses the thinking brain and works at the subconscious level where those patterns are stored. The result isn't just insight. It's behavioral change. Patterns that were redirecting your execution away from high-value work stop running, and the actions that were blocked become available again.

Will I have to talk about painful memories?

No. One of the most useful things about Brainspotting is that you don't have to talk about memories for it to work. You don't even have to understand why you're stuck. It works at the brain's own pace, which often means processing happens quietly and the shift shows up in behavior. Not in an emotional event during the session.

I've tried everything. How do I know this will work for me?

If you've tried strategy, courses, and mindset work and still can't execute consistently, you're exactly who this is for. The previous approaches weren't failures of effort. They were mismatched to where the block actually lives. This isn't surface-level strategy. It's work at the root, and that's why it moves people who have been stuck for years. I'm also selective. If I don't believe this will produce results for you, I won't make the offer.

I feel like for the first time there is an ease there. There’s like an effortlessness happening there. The fear of being seen was like something really big that doesn’t feel like a barrier anymore.

The Program

The Program & Pricing

Most programs give you strategy and leave the execution barrier in place. This removes the barrier first, then aligns strategy to how you're actually wired to move. Ninety days is typical. Some clients move faster. The goal is always independence. Not ongoing dependence.

What is The Execution Reset (90-Day)?

The core program. It combines Brainspotting (to locate and clear the block) with strategic coaching (to align execution so forward movement becomes consistent). Three phases over 90 days: Breakthrough, Integration, Momentum. By the end, clients have the capacity to execute without needing external support to do it. That's the design. Not a subscription model. A resolution.

Investment: $5,500. Payment plans available. The clarity call is where we confirm fit before any commitment is made.

What's the Starter Package?

An entry point for people who want to experience the work before committing to the full program. Includes a 30-minute intake session to identify your block and map your starting point, one 90-minute Brainspotting session where the shift happens, and a 30-minute follow-up for integration. Most people feel a real shift from this. Your Starter Package investment applies toward The Execution Reset (90-Day) if you continue.

Investment: $497. Payment plans available.

I'm a former client. Do I need to buy a full package again?

No. New levels bring new blocks. Whether you graduated from The Execution Reset, completed the Starter Package, or worked with me in the past, you're welcome back when you hit a new edge. Alumni return at $200/hour for Brainspotting, accountability, or strategic coaching, in whatever combination fits what you're navigating. If it's been more than a year, plan for a full hour to reset context properly, then we can resume 30-min sessions if you like.

I made a decision that I’m in charge of my life and I can’t let all this distraction win. Now I know I can do anything. Nothing gonna stop me.

 Collaboration

For Referral Partners

This section is for coaches, therapists, physicians, and mental health professionals who have a client stuck in their current process and are considering Brainspotting as a complementary intervention.

I'm a therapist or coach. Can I refer clients?

Yes, and this is work that complements what most therapists and coaches do rather than competing with it. If you have clients who are capable, self-aware, and are struggling to follow through with your current program, they're a strong fit. Fill out the contact form or book a networking session to discuss what that looks like.

What does a referral to Jennie typically look like?

Two models. The first is complementary — your client continues working with you while seeing Jennie concurrently for targeted Brainspotting sessions. The second is a short-term transfer: a few focused sessions with Jennie to move through the stuck point, then back to you to complete your process.

The lens in both cases is functional. The goal isn't trauma resolution as an endpoint. It's clearing what's blocking your client from being able to do what your process requires of them. When a client can't access, process, or move through the material in session, Brainspotting can remove that specific interference so they can continue and find success.

Who is an appropriate referral?

Adults who are not in acute crisis and are stable enough to engage in focused processing work. The ideal referral is a client who is committed to their process but hitting a wall; they're willing but can't quite get traction. The block might show up as an inability to access certain material, repeated stalls at the same point, or a disconnect between what they understand intellectually and what they can actually move through emotionally.

This is not a referral for clients in active crisis or those requiring primary clinical mental health care. Jennie is not a licensed mental health professional. She is a Brainspotting Level 1 certified practitioner working in a coaching context.

What is Jennie's training and scope?

Brainspotting Level 1 certified. She works virtually with adults and brings a background as a Licensed Paramedic, which means pattern recognition under pressure and a calm, precise working style. Her scope is not clinical treatment. It's targeted pattern interruption with the specific goal of restoring the client's capacity to engage with their existing process.

If you have questions about fit for a specific client, a brief networking call is the fastest way to determine whether a referral makes sense. No obligation in either direction.

How does the referral partnership work?

Two structures, built around professional ethics requirements.

Wholesale Partnership. Designed for licensed professionals who need to stay ethics-compliant. You purchase the Starter Package at $397 and offer it to your client at $497, keeping the $100 difference for the initial session only.

Affiliate Program. For coaches and professionals not bound by ethics guidelines around fee-splitting. You earn commissions through tracked referral links.

Email to get set up with whichever structure fits your practice.

How do I start a referral conversation?

A networking call is the right first step. It lets us establish fit, talk through your client population, and make sure referrals go smoothly in both directions. Book a networking call here or reach out through the contact form.

Can we collaborate on content or events?

Yes. I'm open to co-hosting workshops, podcast interviews, joint ventures, and speaking engagements. Book a networking call, and let's look at what makes sense.
