I'm not a general business coach. The people I work with have plenty of strategy. What's stopping them isn't information. It's interference. A specific internal pattern that activates when execution would require visibility, scale, or a move that puts something real at stake. It looks different in different people: some freeze. I work with entrepreneurs who already know what to do and still can't make themselves do it. Not because they're uncommitted. Because something specific is blocking execution at the exact threshold where growth happens. My job is to find it and remove it.

My clients aren't beginners. They're established, invested, and producing real results for the people they serve. The stall isn't everywhere in their business — it's specific. It shows up at launches, when trying to increase rates, other high visibility moves, and the offer that's been 80% built for four months. That precision matters because a pattern that activates at thresholds has a specific location. And that's exactly where I start.

The work begins in the consult, where I read between the words. What someone says and what they don't say at the same time. Some clients can name exactly where they freeze. Others have no idea, only that something keeps stopping them right before they'd move. That distinction doesn't change the outcome. It just changes where we start.

Once the block is located, we go after the root pattern driving it, not the surface symptom. These are almost never what clients expect. We follow that with execution design built around how they're actually wired to move — not how a generic framework says they should. The whole cycle runs for a few months. Then they're off.

What clients report most often isn't that they feel better. It's that they just started doing the thing. One client went from a four-month stall on her group program to launching it in eleven days. Another raised her rate, sent the email, and had two yeses before the weekend. The capacity was there the whole time. They didn't need more of it. They needed the interference removed.

What the Work Actually Looks Like

The first conversation is diagnostic. I'm not running through a questionnaire. I'm listening for the specific pattern driving the stall: what someone says, what they skip over, what language they reach for without realizing it. Clients can usually describe the symptom. Almost none have correctly identified what's underneath it. The distinction matters because surface-level coaching addresses the wrong thing.

Once the pattern is located, we work directly at the level where the block lives. That's where Brainspotting comes in, not as talk therapy, not as reframing, but as direct resolution of the interference itself.

Then we align execution to how you're actually wired to move. Not a generic productivity system. A design built around your specific working style so implementation becomes the natural next step instead of the thing you have to force.

The whole cycle runs for a few months. Then clients are out, executing consistently without the friction, without needing weekly check-ins to stay on track. Resolved. Not managed indefinitely.

Do you work with people outside of coaching or entrepreneurship?

Yes. Execution blocks don't only show up in coaching businesses. If you were referred to me and you're wondering whether your situation fits, the pattern I work with is consistent regardless of industry: you know what you need to do, something keeps stopping you from doing it, and it's costing you. I'm just getting started. Can you still help me?

Possibly. If you're early-stage and stuck getting started, the same block-removal process applies. It just takes longer to see a financial return on your investment, and the expectations look different from those of an established business. Before we do anything, I need to make sure I can deliver what you actually need and that you understand what realistic results look like at your stage. How is this different from business coaching?

Most coaching programs come with a built-in strategy framework: a specific way they believe business should be built, and they teach you to follow it. I don't have a "must do it this way" approach. I'm not selling a system. What I do is remove what's blocking execution, then look at what you're already doing and help you figure out what's working, what isn't, and what needs to go. The strategy you end up with is built around your goals and how you actually work, not a template someone else designed for a different business.

Do you accept insurance?

No. My work is not covered by insurance. Many clients deduct these fees as a business expense. Check with your tax advisor.

How soon will I see results?

Some clients see ROI within the first month. Results vary depending on where the block is, how long it's been running, and how quickly execution shifts. When the block clears, the results follow. Most clients feel the difference in execution well before the revenue catches up on paper.

How much time does this require?

The first 30 days are the most intensive. Plan for roughly 2 hours a week in sessions with me, plus up to 3 hours a week implementing the strategies you've been avoiding. The second 30 days we shift to 30-minute weekly sessions plus two 1-hour block sessions as needed. Plan for up to 3 hours a week on routine marketing with any adjustments we make along the way. The final 30 days are maintenance: 30-minute weekly sessions. You're usually running a consistent routine we've built around your working style, and the heavy lifting is done.

Do I have to do the full program again if I still need support after 90 days?

No. Clients who complete the program become alumni and move to an alumni rate for ongoing support as needed. Most alumni find that one to two hours of coaching a month is enough to stay on track. The heavy lifting is done in the 90 days. What comes after is maintenance, not rebuilding.

Do you work in person or online?

Exclusively online. Clients work with me from anywhere.
