You know something isn’t translating into execution. Let’s stop guessing why.
You may already have a good strategy. You may have a strategy that needs to change.
You may know the goal without having a clear enough path to execute it. Or the strategy may make sense on paper, but the way you are trying to carry it out does not fit you, your business, or the life the business has to work inside.
And sometimes all of those practical pieces are workable, but execution still changes around one particular action, decision, result, visibility move, or growth threshold.
The 90-Day Execution Reset gives us enough time to SCAN the problem, execute, observe what actually happens, make the right correction, and execute again.
You’re not broken. You’re blocked. The first step is figuring out where.
The same execution problem can have completely different causes.
An Execution Block is anything that repeatedly prevents intended action from becoming consistent execution.
That tells us something is getting stuck. It does not tell us why.
Before assuming you need more discipline, more accountability, another strategy, or deeper block work, we SCAN where execution is breaking down.
Strategy
Is this actually the right move for the goal, the business, and the situation?
If the strategy itself does not make sense, the answer is not to become better at forcing yourself to execute it.
Clarity
Is there a clear, executable path from where you are to done?
That includes the next action, sequence, workflow, cadence, decisions, and a finish line clear enough to act on.
Alignment
Does the strategy and the way you are trying to execute it fit you and your actual business?
We can change the cadence, workflow, channel, expectations, boundaries, or method of execution instead of assuming you need to become a different person to make the plan work.
Now What?
Once Strategy, Clarity, and Alignment are workable, what happens when it is actually time to execute?
We do the work, observe what happens, and use execution itself to tell us what still needs attention.
Not every Execution Block is an Underlying Block. Sometimes changing the Strategy, creating more Clarity, or improving Alignment solves the problem.
SCAN. Execute. Observe. Correct. Execute again.
This is why the work lasts 90 days. We are not only trying to understand why execution has been difficult. We need to see what happens when you return to the actual business and do the work.
SCAN the Execution Problem
We get specific about what you are trying to accomplish, what keeps not happening, and what you have already tried.
Then we look at Strategy, Clarity, and Alignment before assuming the problem requires deeper block work.
Strategy Alignment
If Strategy, Clarity, or Alignment is creating the Execution Block, we work there.
We may change the strategy, clarify the next actions, simplify the workflow, change the cadence, adjust expectations, or redesign the way the work gets executed.
You do not get bonus points for faithfully executing a bad or badly fitted plan.
Execute, Observe, and Adjust
Then you go back into the business and execute.
We watch what becomes easier, what starts moving, what still stalls, and whether the problem changes once the practical pieces are more workable.
That real-world execution gives us information another planning session cannot.
Rapid Block Resolution
If Strategy, Clarity, and Alignment are workable but execution still breaks down, there may be an Underlying Block.
That is when we can address the specific response that is still interfering with the action, decision, visibility, pricing, offer, conversation, or threshold.
Brainspotting is one tool I may use for this work. When Brainspotting is appropriate, that session is reserved for Brainspotting.
Direct Support
Execution problems do not politely wait until your next appointment.
Between-session support lets us work with what shows up while you are actually executing.
A decision starts looping. You avoid the email. The offer suddenly needs seventeen improvements. Something that seemed straightforward becomes strangely difficult.
That is information. We use it.
Learn to SCAN Your Own Execution
The goal is not for you to need me every time something gets difficult.
As the support decreases, you practice recognizing whether you need to question the Strategy, create more Clarity, improve Alignment, or observe what happens when you execute.
The goal is stronger, more independent execution after the 90 days are over.
90 days to work with execution in the real business.
Or three payments of $2,000.
More support while we identify and test. Less as you execute more independently.
Brainspotting can be fast. Execution has to be observed over time.
Something can shift in one focused session, but that does not tell us what will happen when you return to your actual business, decisions, offers, clients, content, pricing, and responsibilities.
Weekly coaching + weekly working session
One 60-minute coaching session and one 60-minute working session each week.
Coaching is where we SCAN, make decisions, and design execution.
The working session addresses what execution has revealed. If the issue is practical, we work on the practical issue. If an Underlying Block is what remains, the session can be reserved for focused Brainspotting work.
Weekly check-in + working sessions every other week
One 30-minute coaching/check-in each week plus one 60-minute working session every other week.
You are executing more independently, while we continue adjusting what the real business reveals.
Weekly 30-minute coaching/check-in
Support intentionally decreases while you execute more independently, practice SCANning your own execution, and address anything that still needs attention.
Plan for about two hours a week
This is not two hours of artificial coaching homework.
It is the real execution the business already requires: sending the email, making the offer, creating the content, having the conversation, making the decision, following up, or completing the project.
The work should fit the life and business you actually have. If the plan only works when you consistently ignore those realities, we change the plan.
Important execution keeps breaking down.
- You know enough to move forward, but important actions are still not happening consistently.
- You execute for clients, employers, deadlines, or other people but keep stalling on important moves in your own business.
- You have tried strategy, accountability, planning, productivity tools, or mindset work, but the execution problem keeps returning.
- You keep circling the same business decision, offer, pricing change, visibility move, project, or growth goal.
- You are willing to question whether the strategy itself is actually right.
- You want the way you execute to fit you and your business rather than forcing yourself into somebody else's ideal system.
- You are willing to execute, observe what happens, and use that information instead of looking for a one-time explanation.
- You want to become better at recognizing and addressing your own Execution Blocks over time.
You need a different kind of solution.
- You primarily need information, training, or a skill you do not currently have.
- You need someone to build the business for you rather than helping you execute it.
- You want a generic business formula and someone to tell you exactly what to do every week.
- You want accountability without examining whether the plan itself actually makes sense.
- You want Brainspotting simply because Brainspotting sounds interesting, whether or not it fits the problem.
- You are looking for psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or mental-health treatment.
- Paying for the program would create financial instability or immediate hardship.
You do not need a perfect business, a particular revenue level, or unlimited time. You do need something real to execute and the willingness to work with what execution reveals.
The problems were different. So was what needed to change.
These clients did not all need the same intervention. Their results are their own and are not promises about yours.
What matters here is what happened when the work returned to real decisions and execution.
Booked a $5,840 intensive in the final month of the program
“I didn't expect for it to happen... in your mind, you're thinking it's never going to happen or it's not going to happen until next year... And they did. I feel great and I'm so excited. My last month in the program and I accomplished my goal.”
Raised rates to $500/hour and encountered a price-insensitive buyer
“There's one person she's like a very high-power lawyer, and I told her my rate was going up. She's like, ‘yeah, yeah.’ I was like, okay, that's what we call price-insensitive.”
Execution began feeling easier across multiple areas
“There's an effortlessness to it. I don't even consider putting them off to the next day. There is an ease there. There's an effortlessness happening there and it's not just with one thing. It's across everything.”
Moved from feeling frozen to taking ownership of execution
“I made a decision that I'm in charge of my life and I can't let all this distraction win. Nobody's going to save me. I'm the only one I actually need to do this work. Now I know I can do anything. Nothing gonna stop me.”
Shifted from repeatedly thinking about the work to doing it
“I just started attacking the day a little differently. It's not the constantly thinking about things which is good, because that's typically what slows me down. I just kind of did the things and followed through on what I needed to do.”
Solve the problem that is actually interfering with execution.
The point of the Reset is not to make you better at forcing yourself through whatever plan happens to be in front of you.
It is to figure out what is actually preventing intended action from becoming consistent execution, address that problem, and test the change in the real business.
Depending on what SCAN reveals, that may mean:
- changing a Strategy that does not make sense
- creating enough Clarity to make the path executable
- redesigning the way you execute so it is better Aligned with you and your business
- executing the new approach and observing what happens
- addressing an Underlying Block when the practical pieces are workable but execution still breaks down
- learning to recognize these distinctions yourself so you can respond more effectively the next time something stalls
Execution Block describes the problem. SCAN helps us figure out where it is coming from. An Underlying Block is one possible cause.
Strategy Alignment + Rapid Block Resolution
SCAN helps us figure out where execution is breaking down. The Aligned Execution Method gives us two ways to address what we find.
When Strategy, Clarity, or Alignment needs to change.
We adjust the practical problem instead of trying to process, discipline, or motivate our way into executing something that does not fit.
When an Underlying Block remains after the practical pieces are workable.
We address the specific response that is still interfering with execution. Brainspotting is one tool I may use when it fits the problem.
Brainspotting can be fast. Execution has to be observed over time.
Bring me the business you are trying to build and the thing that keeps getting stuck.
You do not need to know whether the Strategy needs to change, whether you need more Clarity, whether the way you are executing needs better Alignment, or whether there is an Underlying Block.
That is what we will figure out together.
Then we execute, observe what actually happens, and work with the problem that is actually there.
Enrollment is limited so I can provide the level of direct support this work requires.
“I literally woke up in the middle of the night and thought, I am a leader. It’s been a struggle, but I did it. Yeah, I’m doing it.”D.K.
