Trecia Woollery of Trish Virtual Solutions

If you’ve ever hired a virtual assistant and still found yourself drowning in admin work, you’re not alone. Most VAs can take a task off your plate. But very few understand how to think like a business owner. That’s why Trecia Woollery of Trish Virtual Solutions stands out.

Trecia doesn’t just manage your inbox—she helps you step fully into your role as CEO.

And she doesn’t waste time with 10-minute check-ins, vague billing practices, or "mystery hours" either. With her genius VA Debit Card system, you purchase blocks of time upfront (starting at just 5 hours), and she tracks every minute with full transparency. Like a gift card for your business—but smarter.

Her newsletter alone is worth subscribing to. Just yesterday, she dropped a truth bomb most entrepreneurs need to hear:

"Many small business owners confuse being busy with being effective."

Oof. That hit.

But instead of just pointing out the problem, she gave practical, easy-to-implement ways to shift back into Boss Mode—like blocking 30 minutes to think, not do, and reviewing your goals regularly (yes, even if your week is chaos). She leads with strategy, not just support.

Here’s the real kicker: Trecia is a business owner herself. She gets the pressure. She’s built systems that work for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, multi-hat-wearers, and overwhelmed visionaries alike. And she gives you space to be the leader, not the bottleneck.

She’s also incredibly generous. She featured me—without being asked—in her newsletter, introducing her audience to my work helping entrepreneurs clear the mental and emotional blocks that sabotage implementation. (Check out how I work with entrepreneurs here.) That kind of integrity speaks volumes.

     Hi! Busy Entrepreneurs!

As an entrepreneur myself, it’s easy to fall into the trap of being checked in to your business, managing the day-to-day tasks and keeping things afloat even when delegated. This makes you checked out of your role as the visionary and step into the role of an employee.

    Shift Back into Boss Mode!

Many small business owners confuse being busy with being effective. If you’re showing up, answering every client request, posting on social media, you're in all the apps, tools, and inboxes then revisit if you are checked in or checked out.

Staying in this mode too long can stall your growth, show lack of leadership, and contribute to missed opportunities.

Here's how to shift back into Boss Mode:

    • Start small, commit to one leadership-level task daily

    • Review your goals (weekly or monthly)

    • Outline or delegate 1 recurring task

    • Block 30 minutes to think, not do

    • Look at your numbers, not just your notifications

Boss mode isn’t about doing more; it is about doing what matters most. You started your business to lead, to grow, and to create impact. Don’t be buried in to-dos. Realign with your vision, and take intentional steps back into the role only you can fill.

    Bonus Tip:
If you are struggling in your leadership role or need to learn more about specific tasks to delegate, you’re not alone. Meet Jennie, she is great and have a wealth of knowledge in this area.

Here is how Jennie puts it:
